1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including:

  • Karachi
  • Lahore
  • Islamabad
  • Rawalpindi
  • Multan
  • Faisalabad
  • Peshawar
  • Quetta
  • All other major cities and towns

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after order confirmation:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier workload
  • Public holidays
  • Remote locations

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping may be free on select orders (as titled on banners)
  • Charges for standard orders will be displayed at checkout
  • Extra charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas

4. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 4 PM are usually processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation message or email after placing your order

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • Courier company details
  • A link to monitor delivery status

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you provide:

  • Wrong address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Incomplete details

7. Damaged / Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in most areas.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Refusal to accept COD orders may result in account restrictions for future orders.
